For my high school graduation, I received a book titled "How to be an Explorer of the World" by Keri Smith. Not only was it appropriate for the occasion, but the whimsical quality of the artistically chaotic pages spoke to me. I dreamt of the adventure and excitement that would be possible if I were to follow each prompt. However, time and life went on and the book sat on my shelf; its advice unfollowed. Now, for a cacophony of reasons, I have decided to finally follow through and do what as the formal portion of my education has come to a close (for now) I felt it was time that I kept that promise.
